For collectors: the opportunity to engage

You know summer is almost over if the Brooklyn Antiquarian Book Fair is about to happen.  It is, in keeping with the name, in Brooklyn at the Brooklyn Expo Center in Greenpoint, at 72 Noble Street on September 8-9.  This is considered by many to now be the largest regional antiquarian book fair in the United States.  In the New York area it is certainly the first step into fall, after which, the auctions will explode.

There will be a “Bagels and Books” opening preview to benefit the Rare Book School Scholarship fund Saturday September 8th, from 10:00 am to noon.

Some seats remain for various talks.  Here’s a link to them.

An electronic program guide is provided.
