Voting in America

Your Vote Counts!

Your Vote Counts!

If you are eligible to vote in the US elections on November 6th I hope you will, regardless of your personal perspective.  Too often outcomes of elections are determined by who doesn’t vote.  Please don’t be indifferent.

You can vote early or wait until election day when the lines will be longer.

In some districts your right to vote may be challenged but you can request a provisional ballot.  You may also have to wait a long time, whether it’s because the number of locations or voting machines are inadequate to handle the turnout.

Whatever it takes, vote.  Then you’ll be given a sticker which you can sell on eBay under the description:

Receipt for my ballot cast in the most important election of my lifetime.

And the price:  priceless
