A bookstore owner was in the hospital. So his competitors came and kept his shop open.

 

Here’s evidence that book dealers have a heart and big ones at that.

 

In the Washington Post online recently there was an uplifting story about how a couple who own a book shop were carried through a personal disaster on the shoulders of other nearby booksellers who stepped in to keep them going while they confronted life and death issues. It’s a great story and an inspiring read and it’s their story so I’m not going to write it.  Rather, I’m going to say thank you and send you directly to them for the  read.
