This month we review five new catalogues of books and related paper. Riverrun Books & Manuscripts is offering items from the Bart Auerbach Collection. Bart Auerbach was for many years one of America's premier catalogue description writers, spending most of his career with Christie's and Sotheby's auction houses. Between The Covers and James Cummins Bookseller feature material by and about women.

 

Type Punch Matrix has a wide selection of items from a wide range of subjects. Ursus Rare Books focuses on avant-garde illustrations. Zephyr Used & Rare Books has a selection of books, photographs, archives, advertising brochures, etc. mostly from the Pacific coastal states but some from farther inland as well.
