Scott & O’Shaughnessy was an auction house in the New York area during the period 1910 to 1930.  They were, before becoming an auction house, associated with The Merwin Sales Company, itself an auction house.  Earlier in their careers they were dealers and late in their careers consignors to auction.   They were active in the golden era of rare book collecting.
